Drawers & Shelves
- After an unused bar sink had been removed, we installed pull-out drawers where the plumbing had been and a laminated cutting board where the sink had been.
- Some of the shelves here were floating – anchored into the walls with no visible supports. Longer ones and those intended for stereo equipment we braced for strength.
- The closet drawers with the angled facades pop out when they’re pushed and slide back in again with another push.
- Rather than having dead space where kitchen cupboards took a 45° angle, we built pull-out drawers with a parallel facade.
